Your role & responsibilities
- You provide administrative support to the Finance Admin team
- You look critically at the administrative processes in order to identify points for improvement.
- Your goal is to process the documents and invoices as efficiently and correctly as possible.
- You contact the carriers and customers for efficiency or cash purposes
- You maintain close contact with our suppliers and customers and deal with their comments and questions in a professional manner.
- You are administratively strong, correct and fast.
You have the following qualities:
- Secondary education or equivalent to experience
- Experience with invoicing is an asset but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills
- Dutch and English: well spoken; basic written; knowledge of French is a plus
- You can easily work with MS Office (mainly Excel).
