Your role & responsibilities

  • You provide administrative support to the Finance Admin team
  • You look critically at the administrative processes in order to identify points for improvement.
  • Your goal is to process the documents and invoices as efficiently and correctly as possible.
  • You contact the carriers and customers for efficiency or cash purposes
  • You maintain close contact with our suppliers and customers and deal with their comments and questions in a professional manner.
  • You are administratively strong, correct and fast.

Your profile

You have the following qualities:

  • Secondary education or equivalent to experience
  • Experience with invoicing is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Accurate
  • Pro-active.
  • Dutch and English: well spoken; basic written; knowledge of French is a plus
  • You can easily work with MS Office (mainly Excel).
