Your role & responsibilities
- Professional telephone reception
- Friendly and correct reception of visitors
- Planning and arranging business trips for employees from all locations in Europe
- Mail Processing
- Ad hoc administrative support for various departments
- Translations (Dutch, English, French) for internal use
- Management of the meeting rooms
- Stock management & cost monitoring, ordering office equipment, maintenance products, food & beverage
- Contact with suppliers
- You work together with 1 colleague (full backup of each other)
Location
Baron de Maerelaan, Zeebrugge
Schedule
Office hours; you don’t work on public holidays or weekends
Your profile
The following qualities describe you:
- Secondary school education or equivalent with experience
- Friendly and neat appearance
- Smooth, efficient, orderly, stress resistant, proactive
- Discreet
- Dutch, Eng and French spoken and written
- Fluent with MS office (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
- Knowledge of visio (organization charts) is a plus
