Your role & responsibilities
- Arrange shipments on time through good contact with shipping lines, via email, telephone or internet
- Update software package correctly with this info
- Book units on the various quays
- Use the most economical shipping route, in consultation with planning and customer service
- Ensuring a good flow of the empty repositioning of containers so that each port is always provided with the requested types of empty equipment.
- Administrative processing
- Keep an overview of the fleet via tracking & tracing
Working hours
Week 1: Mo till Fri 6h00-14h06
Week 2: Mo till Fri 10h30 – 18h36
Standby service by mobile phone after the training period

Baron De Maerelaan, Zeebrugge
Your profile
You have the following qualities:
- Higher secondary education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of IMDG legislation, customs documents
- English: well written and spoken
- Team player, communicative
- Planning and organizing, setting priorities
- Communicative
- Experience in the transport sector or geographical knowledge of Europe is a plus
