Your role & responsibilities

  • Arrange shipments on time through good contact with shipping lines, via email, telephone or internet
  • Follow-up and guidance on brexit documents
  • Update software package correctly with this info
  • Book units on the various quays
  • Use the most economical shipping route, in consultation with planning and customer service
  • Ensuring a good flow of the empty repositioning of containers so that each port is always provided with the requested types of empty equipment.
  • Administrative processing
  • Troubleshooting for internal customs and suppliers

Working hours

After the training period during the week, you will work every Saturyda and Sunday from 8am till 5pm

This schedule can be expanded with working time during the week (number of hours and days can be discussed in view of the candidate’s wishes)

Your profile

You have the following qualities:

  • Bachelor education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Knowledge of IMDG legislation, customs documents
  • English: well written and spoken
  • Team player, communicative
  • Planning and organizing, setting priorities
  • Communicative
  • Experience in the transport sector or geographical knowledge of Europe is a plus
