Your role & responsibilities

  • You lead the customer service team and support them in their daily tasks
  • You coach, inform and guide the team; you hold team meetings, performance reviews, …
  • You organize the team in an optimal way according to tasks and time usage, holiday planning and replacements and performance
  • Troubleshooting
  • You understand the importance of cost recovery for the department
  • You communicate with the other team coordinators within customer service
  • You actively participate in the coordinator meetings that take place regularly
  • You report to the Customer Service manager
  • You find a good balance between the customer's questions and the operational possibilities in a cost-efficient way
  • You are the link between the commercial department and the planning teams and you are the point of contact for customers as well as other branches and departments within the company
  • You monitor time usage, statistics / KPI reporting
  • Collaborate with the team tasks

Schedule

Alternating schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Your profile

The following qualities describe you:

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in the transport sector and preferably demonstrable experience as a teamleader
  • Efficient and result-oriented
  • Customer oriented
  • Communication skills
  • Coaching and Delegating
  • French and English: written and spoken
  • Assertive
  • Team player
  • MS office
