Your role as a Digital Project Analyst at ECS:
Business & Technical Analysis
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Propose and implement solutions using standard software or new technologies.
- Challenge automation requests and dig deeper to uncover the real user problems.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Build proof of concepts and demos to validate ideas and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Configure new applications and support users during onboarding and adoption.
- Transform and migrate data where needed to ensure smooth transitions.
- Integrate security best practices into all digital solutions to protect systems and data.
Automation & Development
- Design and maintain hyperautomation flows using low-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Platform).
- Collaborate with internal developers, architects and external vendors to align solutions with system architecture (e.g., via APIs).
- Write and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to support automation and integration is a plus
User Empowerment
- Increase digital literacy
- Accelerate user efficiency
- Promote adoption of digital tools
- Support users in becoming self-sufficient with technology
Support & Maintenance
- Act as the bridge between business and external vendors for change requests and incidents.
- Ensure sustainable support in collaboration with the service desk.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues (rarely needed).
Change/Project Execution
- Break down projects into actionable steps
- Present changes to the Change Advisory board to get approval.
- coordinate with stakeholders to get estimates and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Line of Business Application Lifecycle Support
- Support the full lifecycle of line-of-business applications used by shared services
- Support business-led initiatives by offering technical expertise in refining requirements and guiding enhancement priorities
- Ensure applications remain aligned with business needs and compliance standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and upgrades

We are looking for someone who brings:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business with strong IT affinity or IT-related education).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, chatbots, and other modern digital tools.
- Strong skills in MS Office, the M365-eco system
- A Solid understanding of how REST APIs and OAuth work
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive, analytical mindset and a drive to deliver results.
