Your Role: From Idea to Impact

As a Digital Solutions Expert, you are a trusted sparring partner for the business. You actively engage with stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into sustainable digital solutions.
More specifically, you will:

• Maintain and manage the application portfolio for Finance, HR, Transport, IT, etc., including systems such as Business Central, TAS, WACS, TopDesk, and others.
• Engage in continuous dialogue with the business to clearly identify issues, needs, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions, making optimal use of existing or new standard functionalities.
• Build proofs of concept and demos to demonstrate the value of your proposed solutions.
• Deliver simple, user-friendly solutions that end users enjoy working with.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and configure them independently, when needed in collaboration with external vendors.
• Support implementations through training and clear documentation, and act as second-line support.
• Monitor changes and maintenance, coordinate the right stakeholders, and communicate transparently with users.
• Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure smooth integrations and implementations (APIs, in-house applications, system configurations).
• Not only develop solutions, but also help ensure strong and sustainable support in collaboration with the service desk.
• Actively contribute to system and data security, embedding security-by-design principles in every solution you deliver.
