Description

You will assist with various administrative tasks in the Finance department.

Key result areas

  • You are administratively strong, accurate and fast
  • You are responsible for checking the data system with the aim of ensuring accurate processing of costs and revenue
  • You are responsible for
    • Various input revenue and cost tasks
    • Checking times, statuses and amounts of orders to arrive at correct and complete revenue
    • You constantly evaluate the checks critically and make adjustments to improve and optimise costs and revenue in order to identify areas for improvement

Profile

•    You have completed general education at A2 level or equivalent through experience
•    Experience in administration is an asset
•    You combine your communication skills with a commercial mindset: you are results-oriented!
•    You are also a team player who can plan and organise in a structured manner
•    As a person, you are flexible in dealing with different systems and you think in a solution-oriented way.
•    You work accurately, independently and proactively, and you like to take initiative.
•    In addition to a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, you have a good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel). Knowledge of other languages is  an advantage.
