Description
As a Reliability Engineer, you are constantly optimising and further developing existing maintenance processes. You use the data provided by the various systems to plan, prepare and carry out technical interventions in the most efficient way, in close consultation with colleagues and other departments.
Your role & responsibilities
General
- You draw up the preventive maintenance schedule and guarantee the continuity of daily operations in consultation with the warehouse manager and foreman.
- You support the technicians (2nd line) & operators in troubleshooting and finding long-term solutions.
- You are a key user of our CMMS (Ultimo) and are responsible for monitoring the system and obtaining reliable data.
- You supervise external companies in the execution of works.
- You manage the spare parts warehouse, together with the Foreman.
- You manage and monitor operational documents (e.g. MSDS sheets for lubricants, safety instruction cards, etc.).
- You focus on operational excellence through optimisation and improvement projects within the technical aspects of automated warehouses.
Budget
- You check invoices against orders.
- You manage orders for spare parts and maintenance.
Maintenance
- You analyse maintenance plans, reports and work orders and identify areas for improvement.
- You focus on improving and optimising preventive/predictive maintenance.
- You ensure optimal work preparation so that planned maintenance runs efficiently (planning resources, drawing up work instructions, managing tools, etc.).
Profile
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
- You have technical knowledge of and affinity with PLC.
- You have experience with a CMMS (Ultimo, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).
- You have a thorough knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have a hands-on mentality with a sense of initiative.
- You consider quality, safety, order and tidiness to be of paramount importance.
- You communicate in a clear and transparent manner.
- You are strong at planning and organising.
- You are familiar with digital systems and quickly find your way around them.
