Make an Impact on ECS’s Digital Workplace
Are you a senior IAM and Modern Workplace specialist who enjoys combining technical expertise with coordination? Would you like to help drive complex IT environments forward without taking on a people management role? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
At ECS, you will play a central role between our Systems & Infrastructure teams. You will help set priorities, bring people together, and ensure projects, changes, and operational activities move forward efficiently. At the same time, you will remain hands-on and technically involved in Identity & Access Management and the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem.
What do we expect from you?
- Coordinate activities across multiple Infrastructure teams
- Monitor priorities, capacity, deadlines, and dependencies
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth collaboration between teams
- Lead IAM initiatives involving Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access
- Support audits, access reviews, and security improvement initiatives
- Act as the technical point of contact for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and endpoint security
- Contribute to complex incidents, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advise colleagues and share technical expertise across the organization

Profile
Who are you?
- Senior IT professional with experience in IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Modern Workplace technologies
- Strong expertise in MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance
- Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and endpoint security
- Proven experience coordinating technical activities across multiple IT teams
- Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- A natural connector who helps teams and projects move forward
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience
- Microsoft Identity or Security certifications are considered a plus
