Your role & responsibilities
• You are responsible for the daily handling and follow-up of transport orders aimed at the French market.
• You are communicative, allowing you to transparently and professionally convey problems or delays to the customer.
• You are the savior who can remain calm when challenges arise. You manage to think creatively and cost-effectively with the customer to come up with solutions.
• You handle additional costs that arise and discuss them with relevant stakeholders to potentially recover them. Your arguments will persuade the other party!
• You are a true team player who gets energized by working with colleagues.

Schedule
• You are willing to work in a rotating schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM.
• You can be flexible to participate in the on-call system after your training period.

Profile

Your Profile:
•    You have a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
•    A few years of experience in customer service or the logistics sector is a definite plus but not a requirement.
•    Due to the French customer base, a good knowledge of French is essential. Additionally, it is certainly helpful to know Dutch and English for this role.
•    You are a born communicator who stands firm during negotiations with stakeholders. A healthy dose of assertiveness can certainly help here.
•    You are proficient in MS Office.
