What does your day look like? A varied job within a fast-growing and innovative company. You work daily with your team to provide the best service for our customers. The lines are short, and you learn a lot from and with each other. You also have a lot of contact with other operational departments, not only in Venlo but also in Zeebrugge. You switch quickly via email, phone, work accurately in the customer system, or just walk over to your colleague in the office. You look at what is most efficient. Contact with colleagues and customers gives you daily energy! You are also stress-resistant and can keep an overview, as a lot comes your way during a workday.
ECS handles an average of 5000 loads per week. You find it a challenge to contribute to timely delivery to our customers.
Your role in brief:
• You ensure together with your team that our customers are relieved of their concerns.
• You are the 'hub' between our customers and operational departments.
• You handle and process transport orders.
• You coordinate loads and unloads through close cooperation with other departments
Profile

Preferably 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in logistics/transport.
- Some knowledge or interest in logistics and transport is a plus.
- You have at least completed an MBO level 4 education or are an HBO starter and see a start to your career in the logistics heart of Venlo.
- You speak and write Dutch and English and have some knowledge of the German language.
