What will you do?
No two days are the same! You will work in an enthusiastic team within a fast-growing and innovative company. Together, you ensure the best possible service for our customers.
You will be in daily contact with customers and colleagues from various departments in Venlo and Zeebrugge, via email, phone, or simply by dropping by a colleague’s desk. You always choose the most efficient approach.
Our work environment is dynamic: ECS handles approximately 5,000 shipments per week. This requires overview, resilience under pressure, and a good dose of energy—luckily, that is exactly what gives you energy!
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting and relieving customers to ensure a smooth handling of transport orders
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Processing and following up on transport orders
- Coordinating loading and unloading times
- Thinking creatively and cost-consciously together with customers

Working hours:
Shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, taking your personal situation into account.
Profile
Who are you?

- You preferably have some experience in customer service, ideally within logistics or transport
- You have an interest in logistics and everything that comes with it
- You have an MBO level 4 working and thinking level, or you are an enthusiastic HBO graduate
- You are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English
- You have basic knowledge of German (or are eager to improve it)
- You have good computer skills
- You are stress-resistant and communicatively strong
- You are flexible and dynamic, able to switch quickly when needed
