Your role & responsibilities
As a childcare worker, you will be part of a close-knit, dynamic team that makes a difference every day for our youngest children (0 to 3 years old). Together, we provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment in which every child feels at home.
- You will be jointly responsible for the daily care of up to 18 children.
- You create a warm atmosphere in which children feel safe and loved.
- You keep an eye on safety, hygiene and well-being.
- You will communicate fluently with parents and colleagues about the children's development.
- You will help prepare meals and keep the rooms tidy.
- You will do crafts, sing, play and laugh – every day!
You will be part of a warm organisation where respect, cooperation and fun are central. We listen to your ideas and give you room to grow.
Timetable
- Variable timetable between 7:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.
- Full-time working hours
- Weekdays only

Your profile
You have the following qualities:
- You have a diploma in childcare or meet the requirements of Kind & Gezin.
- You are creative, positive and a real team player.
- You have insight into the development of young children.
- You speak and write Dutch fluently (knowledge of English is a plus!).
- You have a big heart and a little bit of angelic patience.
