Fleet Controller

As a Fleet Controller, you ensure that our refrigerated container fleet is always operational, safe, and in excellent technical condition. You are the silent force behind a flawless cold chain — making you an indispensable link for both our customers and our internal teams.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• You ensure that our TCL fleet is always available at ports and inland terminals, perfectly aligned with operational needs
• You manage the full technical follow-up: fuel, inspections, maintenance, repairs, calibrations — and you accurately register everything in our systems
• You support customer service, sales, and claims with your expertise and problem-solving skills
• You record and follow up on incidents in the quality system and take action when necessary to protect the cold chain
• You participate in an on-call rotation for interventions outside office hours and during weekends
• You handle all administrative tasks related to fleet management
• You monitor the TCL Dashboard and intervene when incidents occur
