Description

Talent Development & Recruitment Specialist

As Talent Development & Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing initiatives around recruitment, onboarding, learning and development. You will combine a strategic view with a practical approach and ensure projects and processes are rolled out smoothly in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the business.

Roles and tasks:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition.
    • Develop and co-implement targeted recruitment strategies for various target groups (blue collar workers, white collar workers, recent graduates...).
    • Co-manage relationships with schools, placement coordinators and external partners.
    • Supporting the development of the ECS employer branding at job fairs, events, social media and website, in cooperation with communications lead
  • Operational Recruitment tasks
    • Writing vacancies and publishing them through various channels,in close consultation and cooperation with the HR BPs
    • Optimising the recruitment process and ATS usage.
    • Planning trial days or assessment centres.
  • Learning & Development - Strategic
    • Establishing learning and personal development pathways aligned with the needs of the organisation.
    • Mapping training needs and translating these into a concrete training offer, in cooperation with HR BPs
    • Managing training-related matters such as applying for subsidies, drawing up training clauses, maintaining training certificates
  • Learning & Development - Operational
    • Practical organisation of training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), such as, creating the training sessions in the tool, inviting participants, recording attendance.
    • Planning and organising training sessions (internal/external): venues, catering, materials.
    • Follow up training requests and budgets.
    • Collect evaluations and report on training effectiveness.

Profile

Profile  

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, psychology, pedagogy or similar.   
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in an HR role with both administrative and substantive tasks.  
  • Experience with recruitment, internship supervision and/or training planning is a plus.  
  • Experience with tools such as ATS, LMS is a plus.
